I am often asked if it cost to contact Eve's Interior Decorating to chat? The short answer is NO! :) It never cost a dime to ask a Designer general questions, such as what are your hours of operations, What is a room package, Where can I find your contact information on your site, What room I want to decorate, & etc. During special holidays, Eve's will run a promotional offering "Free Consultations" for a limited time. The only cost to a customer caller is the purchase of a Consultation, Room Package, or Paid Plan. If you are calling about your project to discuss details or scope of project, time frame, and package choice, you should click the PAY button. There are NO hidden fees. All callers can ask general questions or about your project. If you choose to select a Room Package, the cost is credited back to you upon purchase of a Room Plan or any Paid Plan for your project in the SHOP icon under Room Packages. I love interior design and would like to do it for "Free"; however, this is a business that I am very passionate about and want to see everyone's home designed with their desired taste and style in mind.
