PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.  BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.  IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES.  THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 2/14/24.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following Terms of Service Agreement (The "TOS") is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Eve's Interior Decorating, also know as EID, located Fontenay Drive, Maumelle, Arkansas 72113.

DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED

The Site offers designs that are affordable with you in mind which has the following description:

The result is to put a smile on your face and deliver a functional and aesthetically pleasing space after completion of your project.

​

Any and all visitors to our site, whether registered or not, shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS.  Once an individual registers for our Services, through the process of creating an account, the user shall then be considered a "member".

​

The user and/or member acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media platforms and numerous other sites and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Eve's Interior Decorating.  At its discretions, Eve's Interior Decorating may offer additional website Services and/or products, update, modify, or revise any current content and updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise noted.  Eve's Interior Decorating has the right to cancel or end promotions at own discretion.

Room Package (s) Plans are purchased upon the agreement of design between designer and client for a fee. A cost estimate is incurred for any additional purchases agreed upon by client and designer/specialist.

Consultation is purchased upon the agreement for meeting purposes between client and designer on day of meeting or prior to via the website.  Consideration is provided for short notice or emergency visits (A fee may incur).  A fee is incurred for same day cancellations or waived due to reason provided.  A Consultation can consist of a one-on-one meeting to discuss client's design project, shopping for products for the design, and Telecommunication devices.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

At Eve's Interior Decorating, we take your privacy and security seriously.  That's why we have developed a privacy policy to protect your information and a terms of use agreement to ensure that everyone who uses our website or products and services abide by our rules.

Please take a moment to review our privacy policy and terms and procedures.  Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and secure your prersonal information.  Our terms of use agreement sets out the rules for using our website and products and services, including prohibited conduct, warranties, and liability disclaimers.

STRUCTURAL CHANGES TO RESIDENCE

​

Any and all structural changes must be approved and completed by a licensed contractor which may incur an additional cost to the client for use.  The price of room package (s) is per room.  Any optional section within the room package chosen will increase the cost per client's approval.

Third Party contractors used by client are vetted, hired, and paid by client.  Where noted, the specialty contractor or client is responsible for painting interior/exterior of homes as agreed upon between the Design Specialist and client.  The Designer is responsible for coordinating interior and exterior colors and decorating the room.  The Design Specialist is responsible for supervising the project for In-Home Design service only.  If for any reason, after signed agreement, an item is out of stock or discontinued the Design Specialist will find a similar item of equal value as a replacement, per client's approval.  Customer is responsible for procurement of Contractor or Mover for Virtual Design Package (s).  EID is not responsible for education, skills, or ability of contractors procured.  Contractors are vetted, insured, licensed, or bonded through third party entity.

PHOTO (S)

​

Before and After Photo (s):  Photographed pictures are provided to the client for his or her library per each project completed for a $20 fee.  The Presentation video (s) are not for sale nor provided to the client.  All drawings and renderings remain the property of Eve's Interior Decorating, Owner, or Design Specialist.  A copy is provided to client if chose the Virtual option only which is included with the purchase (the floor plan, elevations, and 1-room rendering prospective) as guidance to complete the design on your own (DIY). Space Planning options includes the floor plan design only.  Any additional options are sold separate and client has the right of purchase.

PORTFOLIO

The photo (s) on this website are for inspiration only and not to be duplicated, sold, copied, cut & pasted to your sites, devices, or social media platforms.  WARNING:  Perpetrator will be persecuted once found liable for such offenses.  DO NOT USE PHOTO (S) WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF EVE'S INTERIOR DECORATING.

INSTALLATION DAY

​

The installation date has been scheduled prior to install and agreed upon between the designer and client.  Client is required to leave the property or reside in another part of home while the install is being implemented.  This is to insure that the client is surprised with the end result of the design that is installed in the home.  Installation day is a busy day with all trades installing. The importance of Reveal Day gives the client a chance to enjoy the space after the planning and shopping phase of the design for their home.

STORAGE FACILITY OR HOUSE KEEPING

​

Eve's Interior Decorating is not a storage facility and therefore is not responsible for purchased items or deliverables.  All items must be housed at the home of the client until installment of the design.  Client does not have the "go ahead" to unbox or place items in the space without consent of designer or specialist.  If client does not adhere to this rule then designer has the discretion to end agreement and NO refund will be issued.  EID is not a house keeping service. When specified, designer will instruct client to clean, dust, or remove any unnecessary item so the design can be implemented.  If designer has to clean the home after the client has been informed then a fee will incur and an invoice provided to client for payment of said service (s).

FURNITURE SETUP 

​

Eve's Interior Decorating is not a moving company and all furniture has to be assembled and onsite to implement the design of the space.  If the furniture or accessory is not assembled, a fee will be applied and invoiced to the  client for a nominal fee.  Such occurrence (s) can delay the installation date and may have to be rescheduled upon discretion of the Design Specialist.

INVOICE

​

The invoice is for cost of Services for time spent. Customer has the option to pay via Bank to bank transfer,  Website, or Check.  Certified Checks are not a form of payment for Eve's Interior Decorating at this time.  We do apologize for any inconveniences.  If you have any questions concerning payment, please contact the designer for assistance.

​

Eve's offers a range of payment options to make it easy for our clients to enjoy their freshly designed space.  The following are accepted: credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfer for customer convenience.

 

OWNER OF PROPERTY

Ownership of property.  Please secure property that you want Eve's Interior Decorating to design.  Eve's Interior decorating prefers that a homeowner who contacts us for a service is the outright owner of said property. Once property is secured, Design Specialist Fee will include Installation, Design Plan, Research, Drawings, Renderings, Shopping List, Visit to property, Vendor research, General Contractor, and a Consultation. 

Please contact the Designer for further assistance and to schedule work to begin at your convenience. Let us do the work for you and provide a solution for your rooms dilemma.

ASSOCIATE ENTITIES

​

Associate Entities that contact Eve's Interior Decorating for assistance or advice to design a space (s) for their personal clients are responsible for their client and providing information to said client.  Eve's Interior Decorating is more than happy to create space plans, drawings, renderings to assist.  Eve's does not involve the company in agreements made by others unless requested by the associate entity and agreed upon. Please visit the Plans & Pricing menu on the website to purchase a plan.  Prior to any work being done by Eve's, a plan must be purchased to begin the process of design to completion.  Please provide all documents for the project to Eve's Interior Decorating per request so the design process can begin and meet the Associate's deadline for them or their clients project. Documents requested include but not limited to, photo (s) of room to be designed, measurements and square of feet of space to be designed, and existing items to be used in the project to incorporate within the redesign of the space (s). All drawings and renderings are the property of Eve's Interior Decorating; however, you can share them with your client (s) at your leisure.  You do not have to contact Eve's to ask for permission to use or share a purchased room package.  The package is yours; however, the design remains the property of Eve's Interior Decorating. You have the right to request additional information; however, a fee will be obtained.
