What should I do when a piece of furniture arrives broken, with missing parts, or parts that don't fit? Please contact the vendor or manufacturer for a replacement part or request a full refund and proceed with the return process and or policies. Eve's Interior Decorating is not responsible for a suppliers or manufacturers product errors. Eve's will search for replacement parts locally to assist; however, it is the customers responsibility to contact the vendor and request the replacement part (s) or refund. We cannot forsee such occurrences and do apologize for any inconvenience to our clients.
